Sports massage therapy is geared towards athletes of every kind, from ocassional joggers to world-class professionals. The main purpose of sports massage therapy is to help alleviate the stress and tension which builds up in the body’s soft tissues during physical activity.
Massage will help to reduce muscle tension, promote flexibility, prevent injuries and, in the case of sports people, prepare for peak performance.
